Ime Udoka Was Right To Call Out LeBron James For Complaining

The Los Angeles Lakers bested the Houston Rockets 107-97, which featured the two teams that have gotten a little chippy since Dillon Brooks joined Houston and made it his mission to get into LeBron James‘ head.

In the fourth quarter of the game, tempers flared after Cam Reddish fouled Tari Eason. Reddish then bumped into Eason and received a technical foul.

After the actual play, James began complaining to the referees asking for a travel that supposedly happened moments before Eason was fouled. Moments later, Rockets head coach Ime Udoka stepped in.

Y’all got to stop crying like bi**es, man,” Udoka allegedly said.

We’re all grown men, that b*tch word ain’t cool,” James replied. “Don’t use it so loosely. Don’t use that word so loosely.”

Soft a** boy, stop b*tching. Acting like you’re gonna do something” Udoka said.

This isn’t the first time that LeBron James has gotten mad at someone for using certain expletives. He got mad at Draymond Green for doing the same thing in the 2016 NBA Finals.

While I agree that Udoka could’ve used other words, I think it is great that he called James out. He’s had a long history of complaining to the referees and, quite frankly, it’s old and annoying. Referees make bad calls that go both ways constantly and it’s just a part of the game.

James and Udoka were both given technical fouls, which led to the first-year Rockets head coach being ejected, as that was his second technical of the game.

As mentioned earlier, the Lakers ended up winning the game convincingly and Udoka seemed upset with his team’s overall performance.

To kind of get punked by a team that’s not known for physicality or punking people is not a good sign,” Udoka said.

Although the Rockets lost and there is reason to be upset, Udoka should be happy that he stood up for his players. James has been whining to referees for so long and I’m glad I’m not the only one who is sick of it; the Lakers act like the league is out to get them when that is just not the case at all.
