Hard Locks College Football: Week 10

Alex and I are back with another episode of the College Football version of Hard Locks! It has been a rough few weeks for us, even though we have been able to stay above .500 through nine weeks. This week, we have a really solid slate of games that could see someone finally break through and take the lead in the season total. We have some big-time conference games, another Colorado game with Deion Sanders, and everything in between. Here are the slate of games for the week of Hard Locks.

  • No. 1 Ohio State (-18.5) vs. Rutgers (12:00 p.m. ET, CBS)
  • No. 23 Kansas State vs. No. 7 Texas (-5.5) (12:00 p.m. ET, FOX)
  • Army vs. No. 25 Air Force (-18.5) (2:30 p.m. ET, CBSSN)
  • No. 12 Missouri vs. No. 2 Georgia (-16.5) (3:30 p.m. ET, CBS)
  • No. 11 Penn State (-10.5) vs. Maryland (3:30 pm. ET, FOX)
  • No. 9 Oklahoma (-6.5) vs. No. 22 Oklahoma State (3:30 p.m. ET, ABC)
  • Cal vs. No. 6 Oregon (-23.5) (5:30 p.m. ET, Pac12 Network)
  • Purdue vs. No. 3 Michigan (-32.5) (7:30 p.m. ET, NBC)
  • No. 14 LSU vs. No. 8 Alabama (-4.5) (7:45 p.m. ET, CBS)
  • No. 16 Oregon State (-13.5) vs Colorado (10:00 p.m. ET, ESPN/ESPNRM)

I know what you’re thinking, Alex and I had the same reaction. Georgia somehow did enough to warrant losing their top spot in the country to Ohio State. No, it doesn’t make sense to us, either. But we press on. The game of the week just might be LSU at Alabama. Both teams are starting to play their best ball of the season and this one should deliver on every level. My game you shouldn’t miss this week is Oklahoma at Oklahoma State. Oklahoma dropped the game last week to Kansas and will want to get that back, but Oklahoma State is playing very well, led by running back Ollie Gordon. This week of Hard Locks should be a lot of fun.
