WWE Star’s sexual assault allegations spark internal investigation – Reports

Following the recent allegations made by a WWE star regarding an incident where they were sexually assaulted at an airport, an internal investigation has officially begun.

The WWE star in question is Matt Riddle, who took to his Instagram page to claim that he had been sexually assaulted by a police officer at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. Riddle managed to grab a picture of the officer in question, but the post has since been deleted from his page.

It’s now been reported by TMZ that an internal investigation has been launched by the Port Authority, as they have taken the WWE star’s allegations extremely seriously. It was originally reported that Port Authority officers had been called to the airport to deal with a disturbance. The disturbance turned out to be Matt Riddle, who was very apologetic during his conversations with the officers for having to come to the airport in the first place.

Riddle and other eye-witnesses spoke to the authorities, but eventually, everyone was free to go and no police report was filed. The WWE star eventually managed to leave JFK International Airport, posting a second picture on his Instagram page claiming that he never wants to go back to JFK ever again.

Matt Riddle has found himself a new tag team partner in WWE

Over the past couple of weeks, it seems that Matt Riddle has found himself back amongst the tag team division in WWE. In the past he has found success with the likes of Randy Orton and Pete ‘Butch’ Dunne, but could he have the same level of success with his new partner?

His partner is none other than former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, as the two men have teamed up three times since the Summerslam Premium Live Event in August 2023. The most recent match the two men competed in was on the September 4th 2023 edition of Monday Night Raw, where they were defeated in a Tornado Tag Team Match by The Viking Raiders, the team Matt and Drew picked up their first win against

It’s unclear at the time of writing what WWE has in store for Riddle and McIntyre this week on Raw, but with Fastlane just around the corner, anything can happen in World Wrestling Entertainment.
