Bayley unhappy with current WWE Booking — Rumor

Bayley is one of the faces of the WWE women’s division. It’s been that way since she started in NXT back in 2013. She is a multi-time world champion in WWE and has already solidified herself as one of the greatest women’s wrestlers ever. However, Bayley hasn’t won a world title in the company since 2020. Although she remained one of the focal points in WWE, she hasn’t seen much success recently in terms of championships.

However, upon her return in 2022, she formed Damage CTRL., a three-women faction that includes Bayley, Dakota Kai and IYO SKY, saying forming a women’s faction was something she always wanted to do. The group hasn’t seen as much success as fans would have hoped and there are rumors that Bayley is unhappy with the way WWE has been booking Damage CTRL.

There are rumors going around that Bayley has been disappointed with the way Damage CTRL’s storyline is going, saying privately that the ending of Damage CTRL is taking longer than expected. With every great faction, comes the breakup.

Lately, it feels as if Damage CTRL is going to break up somewhat soon. Bayley has said that she doesn’t mind being on the back burner in terms of her storyline. However, she is rumored to be displeased with how long the breakup of Damage CTRL is taking. Furthermore, she is also rumored to not be happy with how she has been booked recently.

Upon Bayley’s return, she challenged then-champion, Bianca Belair, for the Raw Women’s Championship. Bayley lost three straight matches to Belair, which ultimately destroyed her momentum. However, the other members of Damage CTRL, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY won the Women’s Tag Team Champions during that time. More recently, IYO SKY won the women’s Money in the Bank match, which pretty much guarantees her to win a world title. Bayley is the leader of Damage CTRL and has ultimately seen the least amount of success since the group was formed. However, it does feel like Bayley is going to turn on IYO in the coming months.
