2025 MLB Season: Projecting AL East over-under win totals

Opening Day for the 2025 MLB Season is officially here! For the last week, Jiarmani DePena and I have previewed the over-under win totals for all 30 MLB Teams, which you can find here!

In the video below, we will be previewing the AL East–spearheaded by the Boston Red Sox, who had one of the best offseasons in MLB, and the New York Yankees, the reigning American League champs.

I don’t want to reveal too many spoilers, but Jiarmani is much higher on the Yankees than I am and I have somewhat of a shocking winner of the division. OK, no more spoilers. Which AL East teams do we have going over or under their win totals? Check out the video below!
