2024 NFL Draft War Room: Seattle Seahawks

What do the Seattle Seahawks do during the 2024 NFL Draft? That’s what the War Room series is for. The Seahawks are sort of stuck in the middle and it’s time to find their way out. How do we go about doing so in this current draft class? That’s the tricky part but we’re going to do the best we can here.

I think Seahawks fans should be happy with this simulation. It requires patience but I believe it’s the correct path forward for this team. With Mike Macdonald being hired as the new head coach, defense probably will be a big focus for this draft. Getting guys that can play his hybrid scheme and thrive. Let’s get that solved first and figure out the Geno replacement stuff when we have more ammo to do so. That’s what I think they should do.

That’s the real problem here. What do you do with Geno? Where does Sam Howell factor into all of this? How else can you improve this team without touching that stuff? It’s a good question they will need to answer.
