2024 NFL Draft War Room: Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts finally aren’t totally boring. They certainly have potential if this Anthony Richardson and Shane Steichen pairing works out. They still need more star power beyond it so that will be the goal for today. Let’s make this team important again.

The Colts just might be sitting pretty here. If all of these quarterbacks start rising at the top, somebody REALLY good just might be there for Indy at 15. In real life, I think that’s the exact scenario that’s going to play out. Whether it be the guy I took or someone else. Someone good will be there and let’s not overthink it.

From there you let the draft fall the way that it does. Do the best you can. We mix in a little of everything to round things out. The Colts have a chance here if Richardson truly does pan out. Let’s make the most of it and get this team back in the mix here. I’m not sure the guy who is actually in charge has what it takes to pull that off but time will tell.

You know the truth. Chris Ballard won’t do better than this. Blake Bortles has won the AFC South more recently than he has. I don’t take that guy seriously. If you disagree I will happily take any and all comments.
