With the 2023 NFL regular season wrapped up and the playoffs set to begin this weekend, that means we are one step closer to the 2024 NFL Draft! With the playoff teams still playing, we now have the draft order set for the 18 teams who did not make the playoffs. Listed below is who will be picking in spots 1-18, and if it is a traded pick who the pick is from.
The Chicago Bears locked up the number one overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft last weekend as the Carolina Panthers secured the worst record in the NFL. The Bears own the Panthers first-round pick this year from the trade-up to select Bryce Young last year. There is so much intrigue surrounding what the Bears will do at pick 1.01: Do they take a QB or build around Justin Fields? This is why this is my favorite time of the year as we get to ponder and work out scenarios from now until draft day.
