WWE Money in the Bank takes place this Saturday, July 2. This is the last premium live event before SummerSlam. A lot of matches on the card are likely to lead to feuds heading into SummerSlam. There’s grudge match after grudge match and two Money in the Bank ladder matches, so this has the potential to be a really good show. The person who wins the Money in the Bank match wins a contract that gives them a shot at any title of their choosing for up to a year. They can cash it in anytime, anywhere, so there’s a lot at stake with these matches.
Date: July 2, 2022
Start Time: 8:00pm EST / 5:00pm PT / 7:00pm CT / 11:00am BST / 1:00am IST / 2:00am CEST
How To Watch: Peacock (United States) / WWE Network (Everywhere Else)
Street Profits versus The Usos (c)
Bobby Lashley versus Theory (c)
Natalya versus Ronda Rousey (c)
Carmella versus Bianca Belair (c)
Becky Lynch versus Alexa Bliss versus Liv Morgan versus Shotzi versus Asuka versus Raquel Rodriguez versus Lacey Evans
Seth Rollins versus Riddle versus Sami Zayn versus Omos versus Drew McIntyre versus Sheamus versus Madcap Moss
As mentioned above, this is the last premium live event before SummerSlam. A lot of feuds are going to lay a foundation to happen at SummerSlam, so this show should be a good one. Both Money in the Bank matches have great participants, so I fully expect them to be amazing. Both Women’s championships are being defended as well — although I don’t think the titles will change hands, I think we will get some returns to set up matches at SummerSlam.
