Walter Nolen Transfers To Ole Miss

Ole Miss is straight up killing the transfer portal right now. You can’t stop the Lane train!!! Lane Kiffin has struck again. This time, Ole Miss has added the former number one overall recruit in the 2022 cycle. Walter Nolen is taking his talent to Mississippi to play for the Rebels.

The addition of Nolen now gives Ole Miss the number one class in the transfer portal. Check out this haul that is on the way in 2024.

Nolen, 20, hasn’t quite popped yet but has shown flashes of being a game changer. Last season Nolen notched four sacks and 37 tackles. 2024 should be the year where he becomes an 8-12 sack guy. That’s the hope anyway if you’re Ole Miss. It’s been a long time since the Rebels had a player like this. Robert Nkemdiche is the last hyped up guy like this that comes to mind.

Ole Miss is 10-2 on the season and Kiffin has real momentum. With the way the SEC is expanding, winning 10 games is a really hard thing to do in that conference. This incoming transfer haul sure makes Ole Miss even more dangerous heading into next year. Definitely a team to monitor moving forward.
