Welcome to Vendetta’s SimBull CFB full team breakdowns, where the writers from Vendetta Sports Media will be analyzing all the Power 5 college football programs for their share value on SimBull and next up is the University of Miami. Check out the last breakdown here.
The Hurricanes put up eight wins in the pandemic season which is impressive regardless of their competition. They played an all ACC schedule and took care of business for the most part. After losing to Clemson on the road, “The U” rattled off five straight wins including beating Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. However, the end of 2020 ended in pour taste for U-Miami fans after getting blown out by UNC at home.
A perfect season in 2021 was impossible after have to face Nick Saban and Alabama in week 1, but the Hurricanes barely beat Appalachian State at home and followed that up by losing to Michigan State by over thirty in Miami Gardens.
The SimMiami Hurricanes are in the top half of the SimBull CFB market at $41.73 a share, but the fourth most expensive team in the ACC. Their price has already dropped after their 1-2 start to the season, and at this rate hitting their win total would require a few upsets.
Manny Diaz is only in his second season, but their weak conference automatically makes them a contender to be the first runner up to Clemson in the ACC. If the wheels fall off in 2021 and they lose more games, the share price can keep dropping.
