The Houston Rockets have finally gone home. The Rockets lost in five games to the Lakers in the Western Conference Semis. In reality, they should be ashamed of even going seven games with OKC in the first round. My only question is, why did anybody think this team had any potential?
A few weeks ago, Jackson Law and I did a video on the Rockets. Are the Rockets better without Russell Westbrook? For those who read the site know my thoughts about it. Anyway, Jackson and I weighed in.
Let’s make a few things clear.
This Rockets team had no shot at winning a title. Things may have been different if they kept Chris Paul, but I’ve already talked about that ad nauseam. It’s a joke that Houston gave up two first-rounders and two swaps for a significantly worse player. No need to beat a dead horse.
My question is what the hell is wrong with Rockets’ fans?
Here’s the funny thing about running this site. I’m wrong once a year. When I plant my flag on something, I’m then never wrong. On the off chance I am wrong, I apologize and am the first to raise my hand and admit it. The funniest part is I’ll never hear from these chumps again. These chumps will run away and pretend like it never happened, just like the cowards they are.
It’s time to take a stand. Call out all of the Rockets fans. Make sure you bludgeon them every day with the fact that their team is screwed. I don’t care what you have to do. Make sure we all drown this fan base because they no longer need to be taken seriously.
