Quinshon Judkins Transfers To Ohio State

The Ohio State running back room has become ridiculous. Did anybody have Ohio State on their bingo card for Quinshon Judkins? If so, you’re a winner! 

After hitting the transfer portal and leaving Ole Miss, Judkins has quickly landed with the Buckeyes. A move that was shortly announced after Michigan won the National Championship (stock report notes from that game can be seen here). 

The former Rebels running back announced the news himself

The craziest part of this move is the fact that TreVeyon Henderson hasn’t made his decision yet. Will Henderson actually return to school? Will this move push him out the door or do the two actually plan to share this backfield? Miyan Williams already declared and Chip Trayanum transferred to Kentucky. Dallan Hayden will return. Given the way that Henderson has struggled with injuries, maybe the two will share the backfield.

Judkins is damn good. He’s going to be one of the first running backs taken in the 2025 NFL Draft. The resume pretty much speaks for itself. As a true freshman, Judkins rushed for 1,567 yards and 16 touchdowns. He followed that up with 1,158 yards and 15 touchdowns. Imagine what he can do in the Big 10 with Ohio State?

Quinshon Judkins Expresses Concern Over NFL RB Market

It’s a real changing of the guard for this Ohio State offense. They’re going to have to lean on the ground game a lot in 2024. Marvin Harrison Jr. is heading to the NFL. Will Howard is going to be the new quarterback. If Ohio State wants to get back on top, Judkins will have to help them do just that.
