The cool kids say slaps, according to Emma Brown, so I’m using it. Deal with it. That’s not the topic on hand today. Are people aware Olivia Rodrigo slaps? Have people discovered her yet? I need answers and more of her in my life! That’s all I know.
Trey doesn’t normally (or ever) write music posts, but I’m making an exception today. Most of the time, I listen to angry rock music. Check out Scott’s music playlist this week. I provided just a small handful of some of the rock songs I listen to while at the gym. Most of the time I’m listening to music, that’s what I’m going with.
Now, of course, I also listen to other things. I am a T Swift fan. Dance Minor Trey gets down with Major Lazor. However, I heard the song “Good 4 U” the other day, I immediately shazamed it. I had never heard of Olivia Rodrigo before, but this is a star. I’m calling it right now.
I have a weird brain. For some reason, I’m able to listen to a song on repeat for days at a time. I know what I want, and I won’t be talked out of it. I don’t get tired of things I enjoy. That’s exactly what I’ve done with “Good 4 U.” That shit is on repeat for the next five days. This is a T Swift level pop banger, and I’m here for it.
I haven’t listened to any other songs from Olivia, but that’s next on my to do list. Is she a one-hit-wonder or a star in the making? I’m going with the latter.
