Former Celtics great and current Clippers forward Paul Pierce has been working the NBA Finals on ESPN as a broadcaster. While Game 6 of the Finals was being played, Pierce made sure to rock his Celtics 2008 championship ring at the Quicken Loans Arena Thursday Night.
The Warriors eventually lost game 6 setting up a eventually game 7 on Sunday Night. The bigger question though still remains on Paul Pierce. With Pierce expecting to play one final season in 2017 could we see him in Celtic Green next season? The Clippers hold a team option on Pierce that will likely be utilized if Pierce decides to play next season. Still there is a chance Pierce decides he wants to play for his beloved Celtics as a deal could be worked out for the 38 year old.
