This puppy is going down. I’ve been trying to warn you for a while, but there’s no denying this next breadcrumb that came through. Mitch Marner is more than likely coming to Vegas, and it’s hard to ignore this evidence.

Frank Seravalli over at Daily Faceoff (soon to be lead reporter somewhere else) revealed a hot rumor that’s floating out there. He believes Marner / his family were spotted in Vegas looking for housing. The time stamp is listed in the description of the video link below.

If Mitch Marner Really Cares About Winning, He Should Sign With The Golden Knights

This puppy is in the bag. There’s really only one question that needs to be answered yet.

Is Alex Pietrangelo 100% going on LTIR? It certainly feels like that’s going to be the case. If that’s the case, Vegas can sign Marner without plucking guys off the roster. If he’s not going on LTIR, Vegas can still manage to make this work, but it becomes much harder.

And frankly, it sure seems like we’re talking about a situation of if Pietrangelo is going to retire, let alone play again, but that’s still TBD.
