Is Mike Babcock A Creeper?

WTF is going on in Columbus? Boy… do I have a story for you today. Mike Babcock was hired to be the new head coach of the Blue Jackets and it sure sounds like there is a non-zero chance that he’s fired before game one.

We know that Babcock is hardo. This story, however, is definitely one that crosses the line.

Apparently, Babcock is taking players’ iPhones to scroll through all of their pictures. The story was told on Barstool’s Spittin Chiclets podcast.

It’s hard to say that Whitney and Biz are just making this up. They have a great relationship with players having played the game. If they get texts about this, it’s probably true.

The Athletic reporter in charge of covering the team says an investigation is already being held.

This is so crazy. I don’t even know what to say. If this is true, Babcock has to get fired, right? How else is this story going to end? There is just no way this is legal.

WTF is Babcock thinking (if this is true)? Why does he even care what kind of photos are on a guys phone? What’s he hoping to find on there? Is Babcock hopeful to see some pecker action? What an absolute creepy old dude.

At this point, I have absolutely no faith the Blue Jackets will turn things around. Columbus added Ivan Provorov and Damon Severson this offseason. It’s not going to matter if a wacky old guy is behind the bench.

Just wow. What else do you say here?
