The Philadelphia 76ers are re-signing veteran guard Kyle Lowry to a one-year deal, ESPN NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski was among the first to report Thursday evening.
Lowry signed with Philadelphia last spring after being bought out by the Charlotte Hornets, who acquired him in the Terry Rozier with the Miami Heat. He played in 23 games with Philadelphia, posting 8.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 4.6 assists on 44.4 percent shooting, including 40.4 percent from 3-point range and 84.8 percent from the free-throw line.
Lowry shared a video on Instagram confirming his return.
