JuJu Smith-Schuster and the Steelers could be parting ways this off-season. JuJu voted on an Instagram poll kaitlin_otoole shared on her story.
The Steeler’s are in cap space hell, they just recently restructured Ben Roethlisberger’s contract to help with their salary cap, and Smith-Schuster is set to become an unrestricted free agent when the 2021 league year officially begins.
The Instagram poll from the Sports Illustrated host asked the question “Will JuJu stay in Pittsburgh” with the two choices being “I hope so” and “that’s a negative”.
Well, we all know how active JuJu is on social media, and he saw the poll and quickly voted.
He was one of the first five people to vote! This man must just be glued to his phone and social media refreshing his mentions every few seconds. I wonder how many times he gets tagged a day on the various platforms and still hasn’t learned to maybe stop doing shit like this.
I just wrote an article about Chase Claypool being a diva, but even if he is, he is not even close to as attention-seeking as JuJu. He used to dance on mid-field of opposing teams’ fields. Once the Steelers started losing, he had to issue a formal statement saying he was going to stop dancing and drawing extra attention to himself and the team.
JuJu Smith-Schuster has produced for the Steelers since being drafted in 2017. In 2018 he caught over 100 passes for north of 1400 yards and was voted into the Pro Bowl. He almost had 100 catches in 2020 and scored 9 touchdowns.
JuJu talks out of both sides of his mouth however, he told TMZ that he wanted to be in Pittsburgh forever, but voted opposite of that on an Instagram poll.
