John Cena’s next WWE appearance revealed? – Rumor

Is The Champ on his way back to WWE? John Cena is arguably one of the biggest pro wrestlers in the world, and rumors are now suggesting that his next appearance is set.

While Roman Reigns might be the face of WWE today, for close to two decades, John Cena carried the torch and elevated the sport. Today, he’s gained recognition in Hollywood, where he spends most of his time. Cena’s last appearance was during this year’s WrestleMania, where he took on Austin Theory in an unsuccessful shot at the United States Championship.

According to The Wrestling Blog, John Cena’s schedule is open for next year’s Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 40. At this stage, this is simply a rumor but it could indicate that The Champ will be involved in a storyline either going into Royal Rumble and cummulating at WrestleMania or just a once-off bout at Mania.

John Cena will be making his debut in Overwatch 2 as “The Enigma”

After teasing his arrival for weeks, Blizzard recently dropped a teaser trailer that finally revealed WWE Superstar John Cena as “The Enigma” in Overwatch 2. This is notably the first time that Overwatch includes a real person in the video game. Reddit users notably spent weeks decoding all the clues left in teases that hinted at Cena’s identity. The star himself also added fuel to the fires by posting some screenshots of Overwatch 2 on his official Instagram account.

This is likely the next major partnership by WWE with video game companies, which they’ve asserted they plan to do more of going forward. Outfit bundles based on Roman Reigns and Rhea Ripley were also recently added to Rainbox Six Siege, marking John Cena as the latest WWE name to make the jump. With a rumored WrestleMania 40 appearance in the cards, it seems like The Champ might have a busy year ahead.
