Jayson Tatum Founds Candy Company ‘Small Wins’

Jayson Tatum is getting into the candy business. The Celtics forward has announced that his candy company, ‘Small Wins’, will be launched very soon. Tatum plans on having the company sustain him after his playing days are totally over.

VIA an interview with the Boston Globe’s Adam Himmelsbach:

“I have my own candy company coming out pretty soon,” Tatum said to the Globe. “Things that will set me up when I’m done playing and have the free time to do what I want to do.”

“It’s called Small Wins, a sugar-free candy company,” Tatum said to the Globe. “Essentially replaces sugar with fiber, just giving kids a still cool but healthier option for gummies and suckers. It’s something we’ve been working on for about a year.”

“As a dad, I want to give my four-year-old son the world, but I also want to be mindful of the potentially harmful options out there,” Tatum said, via Food Business News. “I helped develop Small Wins because I wanted parents, such as myself, to feel good about satisfying their child’s sweet tooth. Small Wins is the first step in our goal of bringing better-for-you products to the market.”

How can you not love this? A healthy candy? A candy that really looks out for the kids? Bravo!

 Small Wins does have a website but they do not have any products for sale quite yet. However, the site allows you to sign up for updates. Small Wins is expected to be released later this year. The flavors for the gummies include Sassy Strawberry, Perfect Peach, Whimsical Watermelon, and Groovy Green Apple.
