Grizzlies Tell Dillon Brooks He Will Not Be Brought Back

The Dillon Brooks era in Memphis is officially over. Brooks is a pending unrestricted free agent and the Grizzlies have informed the former Oregon product that he won’t be brought back under any circumstance. Grizz fans everywhere are probably shedding tears of joy right now based on how Brooks’ 2022-23 season ended.

Brooks then refused to speak to reporters after the series loss. That’s the kind of guy Brooks is. Willing to dish it. Unwilling to take it. That’s exactly why the Grizzlies are pushing him out the door.
