Dave Meltzer is one of, if not the most esteemed and most respected journalists in the history of professional wrestling. His back catalog of Wrestling Observer Newsletters gives insight into an industry that is extremely difficult to document due to the complex nature of its existence in both a literal and narrative sense.

He had watched more wrestling matches than some people would even dare to, and traveled around the world to see some of the most famous bouts in the history of the sport. But if there’s one thing he’s known for more than most, it’s astronomy… sort of.
