David Pastrňák Does NOT Like Candy Corn

It’s almost Halloween so the dreaded candy corn debate is always a hot topic right now. Prior to a few days ago David Pastrňák has never had candy corn in his life. The Bruins recently posted a video asking their players if they liked it. Pastrňák had never tried it so Nick Foligno decided to give the Pasta man some to see what he thought. Pastrňák did NOT like it at all.

“That’s terrible,” Pastrnak said. “Where can I drop this?”

“Buddy, I’m chewing it,” Pastrnak said in response to an accusation from Foligno that he wasn’t giving it a serious try. “Battling right now. I don’t like it.”

I’m with David Pastrňák. He is NOT a fan of candy corn. Watch the video of him trying the October delicacy for the first time. Are there humans that exist that actually enjoy candy corn? Maybe not full blown hate it but I’m saying actually enjoy it? Listen, I haven’t been Trick Or Treating in a long time. I can’t even remember anyone handing this out as candy. I’m not sure it is used any time other than throwing shit in the streets during the parades.

Pastrňák, of course, isn’t the only one outspoken against candy corn. Mississippi State head football coach Mike Leach probably had the most hilarious response to the hot topic.
