Okay, I’ll be the first to admit I clickbait cheesed you. I’m sorry for that but you’re going to thank me later.

Jamie, AKA my underground manager, hates the Green Bay Packers with a passion. She hates the Packers because a girl who loves the Packers betrayed her.

On the surface, I understand it. I just don’t agree with it.

The Irish are starting to get a bad rap. We had a guy here who lost his mind and started a sob story on Substack that nobody cares about.

Then we have Conor McGregor who loves being arrested for making poor life choices.

Does that mean I should hate Irish people?

Obviously, not.

Fun fact:

Did you know only around 5 million people live in Ireland? That’s around the same number as the state of South Carolina.

When I was a kid, I loved the Rocky movies. I used to listen to Eye of the Tiger by Survivor on the iPod right before my wrestling match. While I absolutely underachieved, I’m absolutely positive I won on certain days with that song playing because it turned me into a menace.

I suggest McGregor channels the inner vibe of his people and makes Simmer Down by Casper Walsh his walkout song. I’ve never sorted coke in my life but if you put some right on a stripper’s ass with this song playing, I’m not not saying I couldn’t be convinced of doing it.

I can achieve anything with this song playing. I’m weeks away from burning the sports media industry to the ground. Who knows what’s going to happen while I type with this song on?

Speaking of Eye of the Tiger, McGregor doesn’t have his anymore. I hope he’s at least training so UFC 303 isn’t a total disaster. Thankfully Michael Chandler is over the hill too. All I’m asking for out of McGregor is to not embarrass himself this time around. I know the casuals will never understand that Khabib would beat him 100 times out of 100 but the smart people do.

Credit to McGregor though. I actually liked the new Road House movie.
