The Colts are hoping undrafted signed Josh Ferguson channels his inner Thomas Rawls and surprises the league. Ferguson was considered a top tier receiver out of the backfield that received draft consideration as early as the fourth round, per Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star. Eventually, the two sides agreed to a $10,000 signing bonus and a total $35,000 in guarantees (astronomically high numbers for an undrafted player).
“It’s just in shorts, but he looks really good,” coach Chuck Pagano said last week as the Colts wrapped up minicamp. “He’s smart. He picks things up in a hurry. He’s very, very athletic. He’s a great receiver out of the
