Collin Sexton Silently Having An Impressive Season

There have been many negative reports coming out of Cleveland. From coaching problems to trade rumors. They need some positivity in Cleveland. I’m here to provide it. It’s important to try to keep up with teams that are rebuilding or that are just trash because then you miss out on some quality players. Collin Sexton is one of those players that is already showing he is going to be a great player for years to come.

If I didn’t tell you Sexton’s stats, you probably wouldn’t believe that it was him. It wasn’t like Collin Sexton was bad last year, but unless you’re putting up crazy numbers, you’re unlikely to get national media attention if you’re on a rebuilding team. In the only second season of his career, he is already averaging 18.1 PPG on 45.1% shooting, 2.3 APG, and 3.1 RPG. What is surprising about his FG% is that he actually shooting 29.2% from 3 but he is more efficient inside the 3 point line that his FG% is higher than last year.

Kevin Love Trade Rumors: Trade Packages For Teams Interested

There’s plenty of negativity in Cleveland when it comes to basketball. John Beilein is being rebelled by his own players on the Cavaliers. There’s already been plenty of trade rumors surrounding Kevin Love. However, there are some positives for the Cavs. Collin Sexton is a killer. Not to mention that Darius Garland and Kevin Porter aren’t bad either. I also love Cedi Osman and his potential. Cavs fans are probably already looking at draft prospects and mock drafts for this next draft. I can’t say that I blame them. However, there’s always some good talent in the early parts of the draft, hopefully, y’all can get some generational talent there. Stay strong Cavs fans, at least you can root for Collin Sexton for years to come….I hope.
