Chase Claypool was involved in a bar fight, and he kicked someone in the face. TMZ posted the video of the Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver in a late-night altercation.
The 22 year old rookie was at a bar in Southern California when things got out of hand.
“[Claypool] was at the Wild Goose Tavern in Costa Mesa, Calif. with some friends on March 13 when things popped off with another group of patrons.”

“At one point, the 6’4”, 238-pound NFL star gets in the middle of the action — where one of the combatants was wrestling on the ground — and Claypool delivers a swift kick to the face.”

First of all, imagine just being out at a random bar and wind up ending your right with a professional athlete? Chase Claypool has to be smarter than stooping down and getting into a bar fight. Like dude, you made it, there is no need to risk it all over some lowlife at the bar.
Maybe there is just something weird going on in the Steel City wide receiver room. Before re-signing with the Steelers, JuJu Smith-Schuster was mixing it up on Instagram saying he wasn’t returning to the team.
Everyone knows about Antonio Brown’s history, and that all started after he left Pittsburgh. Claypool had a great rookie season with 62 receptions and nine touchdowns, earning praise from Ben Roethlisberger who called him “smart.” Kicking someone in the face isn’t what I would consider smart, but hey what do I know I would ride a motorcycle with a helmet on.
Chase Claypool is already considered a diva by people inside the organization. Bar fights off the field won’t help with fixing that reputation.
