From earlier: Bray Wyatt’s tragic passing at 36 years old
WWE Superstar and father to four Bray Wyatt has tragically passed away at the age of 36.
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H took to Twitter to make the announcement. He revealed that he had been informed of Wyatt’s passing by his father and WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda. He shared his condolences to Wyatt’s family and called on the WWE Universe to respect their privacy at this time.
Bray Wyatt is widely considered to be one of the greatest imaginations in professional wrestling. During two periods signed with WWE, he portrayed himself as many an iconic character, best exemplified by “The Fiend”, in a career that saw reigns with the WWE World, Universal, and Tag Team titles. He shared the ring with the likes of The Undertaker, Kane, and John Cena as he remained a prominent component of the company throughout his tenure.
Wyatt returned to the company in 2022 at the Extreme Rules event in October, having previously been released following WrestleMania in 2021. His return was treated as a big deal by the company as he emerged after much teasing throughout the weeks prior, making his grand return at the event’s close to a roaring and anticipant crowd.
Please join Vendetta in sending condolences to Bray Wyatt’s family. A WWE legend and devout family man gone too soon. May he rest in peace.
