Update on AEW: Fight Forever’s ESRB Rating; More In-Game Wrestlers to Be Revealed-Reports
The debut of AEW: Fight Forever has built quite the anticipation because it is the first wrestling video game, outside of WWE, to get made in quite some time. Plus, with Kenny Omega at the forefront of the game, fans know they’re in good hands.
Omega has never been shy when talking about how much he loves video games, so he is the perfect person to lead the charge and give fans a fun experience. With the trailers AEW has been releasing, the anticipation has continuously built, so why haven’t we gotten a release date yet?
AEW: Fight Forever ESRB Rating
There are reports that the game has been delayed due to an issue with the ESRB rating. However, it’s been reported by Max Everett of Sportskeeda, that an AEW representative reportedly noted that the trailer and press announcements for AEW: Fight Forever have already confirmed the game’s rating.
The company reportedly stressed that the only place to get updates for the game is through AEW Games. AEW: Fight Forever is yet to have an official release date. Though once the game is released, it will be available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles.
More In-Game Wrestlers to Be Revealed
There has been a lot of speculation about what wrestlers will be included in the game. With the game being in development for so long and given all of the news faces AEW has signed since the game started development, fans are wondering if newer stars will be included.
There is already a good number of wrestlers that have been revealed for the game. However, Everett has reported that an AEW representative noted that there are “even more yet to be revealed.” The company is also reportedly happy with the number of wrestlers they have included in the game and the ones they have in it.
With AEW constantly signing new stars, there has been a lot of speculation about how and if the company will add them to AEW: Fight Forever.
An AEW representative reportedly said that the idea of expanding the in-game roster is a “fluid situation.” They report noted that expanding the roster depends on the success of the game. Furthermore, they are reportedly optimistic to “expand the roster as long as fans are enjoying the game and want more content.”
