Brian Daboll Is The Best Head Coach Hire Because Of His Truck

That’s right I said it. Brian Daboll is the best head coach hire this offseason. Not just because of what he’s been able to do for Josh Allen’s development, but because of his truck. I’ve seen all I needed to see.

First things first, the Daboll hire is a great hire. What he’s been doing with Josh Allen over his career is remarkable, and it’s a massive reason why Josh Allen is Josh Allen. Does his scheme translate into developing Daniel Jones? Probably not. Let’s just hope that Daboll doesn’t try to sneak on third and long.

The best part is that Brian Daboll isn’t tied to Daniel Jones. Jones is not Daboll’s guy, if he develops then that’s nice but if Jones just crashes and burns entirely it really doesn’t matter at all for Daboll. The Giants can then go quarterback hunting again, and Daboll will have the chance to work his magic with a new quarterback. So he’s playing with house money this year.

Now, time to get to why I really love this hire. Brian Daboll drives a Ford Raptor. Yup, I’m sold on the guy.

I’ve driven a Ford Raptor before, it’s a damn good truck. Daboll is clearly bringing this Ford tough mentality with him to the Giants, but not in a douche way like Joe Judge did. It’s the tough mentality with the history to justify it. The miles make the man, and you can tell a lot about a man by the vehicle he drives. Daboll’s Ford Raptor has me convinced he’s the right man for the job.
