The Buffalo Bills are in go for it mode? Yes, believe it or not, but the Buffalo Bills are 5-2 and have playoff aspirations that no one really saw coming. Sean McDermott has built a nice culture and has made a move for a shiny new wide receiver. The Bills will acquire Kelvin Benjamin from the Panthers in exchange for a 2018 3rd and 7th round draft choice.
Adam Schefter of ESPN was the first to report the news:
Panthers traded WR Kelvin Benjamin to Buffalo for 3rd and 7th round picks, per source. Benjamin rejoins HC Sean McDermott, GM Brandon Beane.

Buffalo’s receivers have been underwhelming, to say the least. The Bills receiving core ranks last in the NFL in receptions (45) and yards (594). Zay Jones and Jordan Matthews haven’t exactly lit the world on fire. While Jones has potential as a second-round pick, Benjamin forms a nice compliment.
Buffalo traded Sammy Watkins to the Rams for a 2nd round pick this year which has worked in the Bills favor thus far. Watkins hasn’t performed very well with the Rams. It remains to be seen if Benjamin, 26, is the receiving Buffalo needed.
