The Darren Waller Music Video Is Hilariously Bad

Remember when Darren Waller was on the Raiders and was considered one of the best up-and-coming Tight Ends in the NFL? Over a two-season span, he recorded 197 receptions for 2,341 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was on track to become one of the best in the game. He would then fall off a cliff production-wise after being traded to the Giants, find the injury bug, and is now considering retirement. However, we found out today that he also enjoys making music…if you want to call it that.

All this because he absolutely FUMBLED Kelsey Plum. This man had one of the most gorgeous women on the planet and decided to go out and cheat on her and now they have separated. As if it wasn’t bad enough, he really thought he was cooking up something releasing a music video about Plum. Someone in his circle really said to Waller “yeah boss, this sounds like a great idea”. In theory, I guess it drums up publicity, but after watching this video how can you not laugh at this man? Darren Waller has to be hating himself right now with the public laughingstock he has become.

This music video that Darren Waller released today is hilariously bad. Have you no shame? The part where it’s like thirty seconds of pure music, no words, and he’s on the beach and the water comes up and hits him in the face? There were really people who sat around and went “This is great. Love it.”. It’s a shame that the last thing we are going to remember about Waller before he inevitably announces his retirement is this video. Kelsey Plum escaped at just the right time, if you ask me.
