Aljamain Sterling Film Study

At UFC 292, Aljamain Sterling will look to defend the bantamweight title against Sean O’Malley. In anticipation of the bout, I broke into Sterling’s fight tape and assembled a film study that discusses his biggest strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, I craft game plans for Sterling to win a bout and for his opponent to beat him.

The film study on Aljamain Sterling ended up diving into his expressive grappling game and the most important elements of his skills. The few flaws in his grappling are touched on as well. As far as striking goes, I dive into the holes in his striking defense and how he can be beaten in striking exchanges.
