2022 Christmas Gifts: AFC West Edition

To conclude our divisional Christmas gifts, we have the AFC West. There are a few teams in this division that need a Christmas miracle.

Kansas City Chiefs: Fountain of Youth

I’m giving the Kansas City Chiefs a fountain of youth so Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, and Travis Kelce can stay together forever. This group has survived the departure of the most dangerous weapon in football, and has seemingly come out of that loss better. I have no idea how they do it, but I want them to continue doing it so they get a fountain of youth.

Los Angeles Chargers: A New Medical Staff

I have no idea what it is, but the Chargers have a history of terrible injury luck. So, I’m giving them a whole new medical staff to revamp how they look at injury prevention and recovery. This team has talent, it just has to stay healthy to perform well. Justin Herbert is an absolute warrior, I want him and the Chargers to succeed.

Denver Broncos: A Time Machine

I am giving the Denver Broncos the greatest gift of all, a time machine. This way they can go back in time and actually secure Aaron Rodgers (a gift I gave them last year), or at the very least they could avoid giving Russell Wilson such a ridiculous contract. They cannot move on from Wilson so the Broncos need to make it work.

Las Vegas Raiders: A Tuneup & Cash

The Raiders enjoyed my gift for them last year of a wacky playoff scenario coming true. However, they will not be as lucky this season. After losing to the Steelers on Christmas Eve after Pittsburgh got their first lead of the game within the final minute, the Raiders will be enjoying the playoffs from their couch again. The cash part of this gift is self-explanatory. The Raiders need actual cash if they want to improve their team and be major players in free agency. As for the tuneup part, well their Carr just stalled AGAIN in the cold, they better find the right mechanic.
