2020 Fantasy Football: Rookie Tight End Rankings

2020 Fantasy Football

2020 Fantasy Football rankings has one more set of rookies to cover. This time we move to the tight end. I don’t need to bury the lead here. It’s very possible that non of these guys are productive as rookies. We’re going to rank them anyway. Here are your 2020 Fantasy Football rookie tight end rankings.

6: Josiah Deguara (Packers)

The Packers took Josiah Deguara in the 3rd round of the draft. They also only have Jace Sternberger as competition. That’s good enough to make the list.

5: Dalton Keene (Patriots)

The Patriots drafted Dalton Keene in the 3rd round. They also have NOBODY at the position. Good enough to make the list.

4: Devin Asiasi (Patriots)

New England drafted Devin Asiasi ahead of Dalton Keene. I would guess that means they think the former is better. Good enough for number 4.

3: Adam Trautman (Saints)

Okay, now things get interesting. Trautman comes to New Orleans. Now they do have Jared Cook already, but it’s Jared Cook. Now like he’s totally set in stone. The last time the Saints took a tight end in the third round, that worked out pretty well. I think Trautman has serious promise.

2: Thad Moss (Redskins)

Thad Moss didn’t get drafted, but talk about a landing spot. How great is this? Moss’ main competition is Jeremy Sprinkle. Realistically, Moss could end up being the starter. Jordan Reed is done, done. Dwayne Haskins needs more targets. This is a hell of a sleeper target.

1: Albert Okwuegbunam (Broncos)

Albert Okwuegbunam tops the list. He gets to be reunited with his former college quarterback, Drew Lock. The only thing you worry about here is target share. Still, if Albert O can breakthrough, this could be a dangerous offense. You worry about Noah Fant too. I just think there’s a chance Albert O explodes. Seems like Drew Lock signed off on this one. Might mean something.
