WWE Extreme Rules 2022: Betting Odds

WWE Extreme Rules has an absolutely stacked match card. The company has gone back to doing Extreme Rules like how it was meant to be done. Every match has a stipulation, therefore making the premium live event extreme.

Betting on professional wrestling is seemingly increasing in popularity, so it makes sense that more companies are offering it. But the thing with professional wrestling is that the outcome is predetermined, and bettors must proceed with caution when gambling. Nevertheless, it’s still a fun thing to do. The odds for Extreme Rules are from betonline.ag. Here are the odds and my favorite bets to make for WWE Extreme Rules:

Donnybrook Match

Imperium (-200) vs The Brawling Brutes (+140)

Imperium are the favorites (-200) in this Donnybrook match to come out on top against the Brawling Brutes. These two teams have been feuding for a few weeks now. But ever since the epic match between Sheamus and Gunther at Clash at the Castle, things have heated up. Imperium has been getting the better of the Brawling Brutes of late. These two teams met on Smackdown where Imperium came out on top.

I really like the Brawling Brutes at +140. They’re the underdogs in this match, but they shouldn’t be by this much. With the Brawling Brutes losing a lot recently, I think they’re due for a big win and I think it’s going to happen at Extreme Rules.

*Strap Match*

Karrion Kross (-300) vs Drew McIntyre (+200)

Since returning to the WWE, Karrion Kross has had his eyes set on Drew McIntyre. He is always lurking in the background somewhere, waiting for his opportunity to strike. Kross has targeted McIntyre from behind on multiple occasions. McIntyre finally had enough and challenged him to a strap match.

Initially, I thought it was an easy bet to put on McIntyre. He’s been doing a lot of losing on big stages and needs a nice win. But the more I think about it, the more I realize Kross needs the win. He has had only one match since returning to WWE and he beat Drew Gulak in nearly a minute. WWE needs to establish him as a serious threat and him getting a victory over Gulak does that, so I’m taking Kross at -300.

*I Quit Match*

Edge (-150) vs Finn Balor (+110)

Edge has been having issues with Judgement Day for months. The group he was once the leader of turned on him and now he has vowed to “kill” it. Edge challenged Balor to an “I Quit” match at Extreme Rules. These two men are meeting one-on-one for the first time ever.

This is a difficult one to decide who is going to win. “I Quit” matches are hard to predict because it’s tough to imagine someone saying, ‘I quit.” While I think Balor needs the win more, I can’t see Edge saying “I quit” so I think he’s going to win. With Edge being at -150 odds I believe it’s a good bet to take.

*Fight Pit Match*

Matt Riddle (-400) vs Seth Rollins (+250)

Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins are having one of the best feuds in WWE. These two men absolutely despise each other and now they get to settle their beef in a fight pit match. A fight pit is essentially WWE’s version of an MMA fight. The match has only been done a couple of times before in NXT. Riddle has the advantage over Rollins since Riddle has competed in this match before. Furthermore, former UFC champion, Daniel Cormier, was announced as the special guest referee. That makes the Extreme Rules match card much more interesting.

While Riddle being the favorite at -400 seems a bit high, it makes sense. Riddle has competed in the match before, and he needs the win. Rollins beat Riddle and Clash at the Castle, so Riddle needs to get a victory over him. I think Rollins at +250 is intriguing, but I would take Riddle at -400 odds at Extreme Rules.

*Ladder Match for the Raw Women’s Championship*

Bianca Belair (c) (-140) vs Bayley (+100)

This match is making history in WWE as the first-ever one-on-one women’s ladder match on the main roster in WWE. Since returning to WWE at SummerSlam, Bayley has had her eyes set on Belair and her Raw women’s title. Damage CTRL has been causing chaos backstage and taking aim at Belair and everyone who has aligned themselves with her.

Belair has been having an incredible run as champion, but with Bayley being at +100, that’s the bet I’m taking. Bayley winning will give Damage CTRL all the gold in WWE. This is one of the matches that I can genuinely see going either way, but I’m taking Bayley as the underdog at +100.

*Extreme Rules Match for the Smackdown Women’s Championship*

Ronda Rousey (-250) vs Liv Morgan (c) (+200)

Liv Morgan has technically beaten Ronda Rousey twice already since becoming champion and is looking to make it three times at Extreme Rules. In recent weeks, Morgan showed she can get extreme and that she isn’t afraid of Rousey. The two met on Smackdown and chaos ensued. It’s clear Morgan and Rousey just want to fight each other.

While it may seem like an Extreme Rules match favors Ronda Rousey, I still can’t believe Morgan is the underdog. Morgan needs this win and being the champion heading into the match and being the underdog at +200 is just disrespectful. Throw the mortgage on Morgan at +200 because there is no way she loses. This is the bet I’m most confident about for WWE Extreme Rules.
