UFC GYM Set to take over the fitness world in 2023

The UFC is the world’s most popular MMA promotion. They have some of the top athletes in the world putting on fantastic shows for fans across the globe. Now, the company is trying to be the best in the world in another arena: fitness. Both UFC GYM and UFC FIT continue to expand quickly and attract more people.

It is widely understood that MMA fighters are some of the hardest-working athletes, so why not train like them? The UFC GYM aims to make a positive impact in the lives of the people who train at them by delivering a workout experience that cannot be duplicated by any other gym. The company discussed their impressive 2022 achievements and outlined their goals for this year in their 2023 UFC GYM official press release.

The UFC GYM offers a truly unique fitness experience, and it seems like a phenomenal time.

The first thing that stands out about these gyms is the efficiency and modernness. The gyms are huge buildings filled with the latest fitness technology spread throughout. It is also not just workout machines, as they offer state-of-the-art boxing conditioning and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu facilities. These facilities come with some of the best coaches that understand what it means to train like an MMA athlete.

Furthermore, after hard training, the gyms offer an incredible variety of post-workout recovery services. These consist of massages, cryotherapy, red light therapy and NormaTec compression therapy.

The UFC GYM franchise and growth

There are 160 UFC GYM locations open, spanning from California and Florida to Australia and Germany.

Now, in 2023 there are 1,000 additional locations in development in 40 different countries. These new locations will be in states like Texas and Pennsylvania, plus there will be new openings in countries like China and the United Kingdom.

Clearly, expansion is at the top of the company’s list with its UFC GYMs.

UFC GYM is set to make some real waves in the fitness world. I think their idea of blending MMA athlete training with fitness for everyday people is awesome. I also like how the gyms are open to all ages with beneficial training for each age group.

The most important thing is the community that the gym claims to offer. If they really offer a gym where people feel welcome, then I do not see how people could not enjoy the gym. UFC GYM strives to help people achieve their lifelong physical and mental goals.

Ultimately, it will be interesting to see how much the UFC expands into the fitness world in 2023.
