I Was Right About Lonnie Walker

So last year before the 2018 NBA Draft I proclaimed from the top of a mountain that University of Miami Freshman, and hometown hero from Reading, PA, Lonnie Walker IV was going to be the steal of the draft. I was ridiculed and attacked by some of you degenerates saying that the injury-prone Walker was going to be a bust and that I was a no nothing hack especially after he sat out most of his rookie year with a meniscus injury. Well, it looks like ole Don Chach was right again, like I always am. Walker has been an absolute freight train in the summer league this year and is making a strong case for becoming the future face of the San Antonio Spurs.

Let’s take a look at Lonnie’s Summer League, shall we? The kid BALLED out! He averaged 30 PPG and 1.5 steals a game. Now I know exactly what you are thinking, “Chach it’s the summer league who cares it doesn’t mean anything.” And to that, all I have to say is that Commissioner Trey and I are always right and it has been proven time and time again. Get ready that kid from Reading, PA one of the poorest, most dangerous, and drug infested cities in the nation is going to be an all-around stud this season and help the Spurs make the playoffs in a loaded Western Conference. Again, I just need to say that everyone who said that I was crazy for saying that Walker deserved to be a top 10 pick in the draft after having a disappointing freshman year at Miami is going to remind everyone why he was a McDonald’s All-American and Jordan All-American MVP. Stamp it, date it, sign it. Walker will average 20 PPG, 5 APG, and 5 RPG while also making an all Defense Team next year.
