Isaiah Thomas has been traded for the third time in his NBA career. It’s not a coincidence that a five-foot-eight point guard is constantly shipped out of town because of his terrible defensive pedigree. Thomas missed the start of the season with the Cavs after suffering that hip injury from the year prior. Thomas returned and was just flat out awful for Cleveland shooting 35 percent from the floor and 23 percent from downtown. After Thomas was traded from the Cavs, he has since shown a ton of resentment towards the Cavs best player LeBron James.
Chris Brousard of Fox Sports 1 was the one to report the news:
“I was talking to somebody yesterday close to Isaiah, and they said he has absolutely no love at all for LeBron, like this is real,” Broussard said Tuesday on Undisputed. “He felt like LeBron kind of talked down to him when he was there and so on and so forth. And when Isaiah first got (to Cleveland) they actually were hanging out a little bit and it was cool, but it soured pretty quickly.”

I guess we shouldn’t be surprised that Thomas doesn’t like James. I don’t like LeBron either. It’s not hard to wonder why Kyrie Irving wanted out of town either. Irving is much happier in Boston and Thomas appears to be happier as well being on his native west coast.
Thomas was ignored in his final days with the Cavs when LeBron hit a game-winning shot against the Timberwolves. That likely spelled the end for Thomas’ tenure in Cleveland.
