Philadelphia 76ers vs Washington Wizards 8PM ET

Bradley Beal is coming off one of his most disappointing shooting performances of the season so far in their loss to the Grizzlies on Wednesday. While Philadelphia shut me up last night and didn’t have a problem beating up on the Bulls without Ben Simmons or Joel Embiid. They had 7 of their players in double digits including 4 of their 5 starters and Dwight Howard with 18 points off the bench. With Embiid Questionable and Simmons still out, I lean to the Wizards +5. But Bradley Beal is also Questionable tonight. The 76ers are 0-5 in their last 5 games on 0 days rest ATS. They are also 1-5 Against The Spread in their last 6 against the Wizards. Beal and the rest of this Wizards team should look to get back in rhythm tonight.

Lean Wizards +4.5 however, if Embiid is active and Beal is OUT, I love 76ers to cover -5.

Favorite NBA Player Props: Matisse Thybulle Over 5.5 Points, Shake Milton Over 14.5 points, Westbrook Over 9.5 Assists.

Denver Nuggets @ Memphis Grizzlies 8PM ET

Memphis blew out the Wizards on Wednesday, Desmond Bane, Jonas Valunciunas, and Ja Morant all scored 20 or more. This Grizzlies team plays hard, and on top of that they are young and have great depth, once Jaren Jackson Jr comes back, this team will add a whole new dynamic with his shooting ability. Denver will be without several role players but will have Murray, Jokic, and MPJ to carry the load. The Nuggets were hot before the break, while the Grizzlies already have a fresh game under their belt, I like the Grizzlies to keep this one close, but this Nuggets team fully rested is a dangerous one, even without Campazzo, Haris, and Millsap. I give Memphis a slight edge due to their depth and momentum off of a big win and a night’s rest.

Grizzlies +3.5 is the play, I also lean to the Over 227.5

Favorite NBA Player Props: Nikola Jokic Over 25.5 Points, Ja Morant Over 20.5 Points, Jonas Valunciunas Over 10.5 Rebounds.

Cleveland Cavaliers @ New Orleans Pelicans 8:00PM ET

The Pelicans got blown out by one of the worst teams in the league last night in Minnesota and it was an ugly one. New Orleans got outscored 68-45 in the 2nd half alone. The Pelicans have lost their last 3 games overall. Cleveland on the other hand was playing very well before the break, losing their last game before the break to Indiana. They are 5-0 Against The Spread in their last 5 and I like them tonight against a confused Pelicans squad. I say confused because they need to figure out if they are keeping or trading JJ Redick and Lonzo Ball.

Cavaliers +7.5 all day, especially if Kevin Love returns tonight.

Favorite NBA Player Props: Lonzo Ball Over 4.5 Rebounds, Brandon Ingram Over 4.5 Rebounds, Collin Sexton Over 1.5 3’s Made.

Miami Heat @ Chicago Bulls 9:00PM ET

In these teams’ last 10 meetings, the Heat have won 8. Even without Bam Adebayo, the Heat took care of the Magic last night, Jimmy Butler almost grabbed a triple-double finishing with 27 Points, 11 Assists, and 8 Rebounds. Chicago was improving before the break, but one problem that remains relevant with them is consistency. Their longest win streak is 3 this season, and even with Lauri Markkanen back, I envision it will be tough for the Bulls, they’re 6th in scoring in the league but Miami’s defense is also top-notch. Which will create some problems for the Bulls offensively. On the other hand, Lauri looked good in his first game back, finishing with 23 points and shooting 7-7 from 3 point range. His offensive ability will help take some of the pressure off Lavine and White. If Miami doesn’t shoot the ball well then they will have a long night against a Bulls team who thrives on the offensive end. Pace will be very important in tonight’s game, If Chicago can score and play fast, The Heat will be in trouble. It’s the 6th highest scoring offense versus the 26th highest scoring offense without their 2nd star. Jimmy Butler should be able to do what he usually does and facilitate the game.

Lean Bulls +3.5

Favorite NBA Player Props: Tyler Herro Over 13.5 Points, Goran Dragic, Over 14.5 Points, Lauri Markkanen Over 5.5 Rebounds.

Orlando Magic @ San Antonio Spurs 9:00PM ET

Orlando is heading into this game with Terrence Ross and Evan Fournier OUT along with the already injured Fultz, Isaac, Ennis, and Cole Anthony. Devin Vassell, DeMar DeRozan and LaMarcus Aldridge are out. Aldridge done until he is dealt before the March 25th deadline, DeRozan personal reasons, and Vassell Health and Safety protocols. I am intrigued by Magic +7 due to Vucevic being one of the best bigs in the league right now. Also in their 9 point loss to the Heat, they were in it until the 4th quarter where poor shooting and Miami’s defense ended up taking over. Spurs win this game, but I expect it to be close.

I like Magic +7. Spurs MoneyLine is the play, but it’s not worth the money at -300 unless parlayed.

Favorite NBA Player Props: Over 12.5 Rebounds.

Houston Rockets @ Utah Jazz 10:00PM ET

Houston will be facing the Jazz tonight, they are missing John Wall, Eric Gordon, Christian Wood, Dante Exum and David Nwaba. The Jazz are are fully healthy and this game will get very ugly. The Spread is at +/-18.5.

While the Spread is high it is still likely. My best play for this game is Over 226.5, the Rockets are going to lose, the question is just how bad will it actually get. I wouldn’t be surprised if the final score is around 128-101.

Favorite NBA Player Props: Joe Ingles Over 1.5 3’s Made, Royce O’Neale Over 1.5 3’s made, Donovan Mitchell Over 25.5 Points.

Indiana Pacers @ Los Angeles Lakers 10:00PM ET

Both teams needed the All-Star break to rest and recover, the Lakers were fatigued and the Pacers couldn’t win. they were 1-5 in their last games before the break would’ve been 0-7 if T.J McConnell didn’t have a triple-double with steals. I was considering fading Lebron tonight and realized I probably shouldn’t do that. The Lakers want to start the 2nd half of the season on a good note and I expect them to do so. Gasol is Out but I prefer Montrezl Harrell to start the way he has been producing off the bench as well as hyping the team up when he is on the court. Montrezl as well as the rest of the Lakers team will need to execute defensively against Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis in the paint. Indiana is 0-7 Against The Spread in their last 7 games versus teams with positive records. This will be a close one but if the Lakers can shoot 3 pointers at a decent clip, they should be able to take this one, especially with Lebron rested.

Lakers MoneyLine, Lean Pacers 4.5.

Favorite NBA Player Props: Kyle Kuzma Over 11.5 Points, Lebron James Over 8.5 Assists, Malcolm Brogdon Over 5.5 Assists.
