This Matt Ryan thing was never going to work in Indianapolis. I’ve been very vocal about him being QB32 fantasy-wise coming into the season. Now he got benched for a hack in Sam Ehlinger. Trey wins, you lose.

Why did you listen? Why didn’t you pay attention? Why was I the only one screaming this from the rooftops?

Are concluding numbers here for old as dirt Ryan reads 68.4% with a 9-9 TD to INT ratio. In reality, Ryan was way worse than even his numbers indicate. The truth of the matter is the Colts offense just got way better with Ehlinger and he can’t even really play. What Ehlinger won’t do is take the nine-yard sack that Ryan would have to kill a drive. It means everything.

I just don’t get why anybody thought this was going to work? It was like inserting old man Manning on this Colts team with no weapons. Hard pass. Fork in the eyes. Looney Tunes land is where you people belonged that believed in this thing.

Will I hear from the people that propped up this Colts team and backed Ryan in fantasy? God, no. We’ve been over this. They run and hide. Chris Ballard will get to keep his job while he gets to make a 476th mistake preventing the Colts from progressing at all as a franchise. Or impulsive Jim Irsay will do the wrong thing like he always does. Same old story. Nothing ever changes.
