Joe Rogan Takes Shot At Conor McGregor, McGregor Responds

On a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience”, Rogan and Derek from More Plates, a fitness influencer, were discussing the earth-shattering news that Liver King was actually not natural. This led to having a discussion about former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor and his current physic. McGregor got out of the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) testing pool during his recovery from a broken leg suffered in a fight with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. Rogan had some words to say about it.

Full quote via mmafighting.com:

“He’s taking his shirt off and posing constantly, and he looks like his piss would melt that USADA cup,” Rogan said. “Like, it would just like burn a hole right through the bottom of that USADA cup. … The weird thing is that there is a loophole in USADA that allows you to get out of the testing pool. Get out of the testing pool, you can just juice up. Seems weird, and you just need six months. If someone had an injury, though, that’s a very wise way to approach it.”

It’s important to note here that Rogan did not specifically say that he believes McGregor is on steroids but certainly alludes to it.

Well, it is safe to say that someone in the camp of McGregor, or McGregor himself, caught wind of this and was none too pleased. McGregor would quickly take to Twitter with a response to the UFC commentator.

In a tweet that has since been deleted, he said the following:

“Joe looks like his piss melts his knickers, in the company that long and never took a fight hahaha @ufc oh tae kwon do competition, call the cops hahahahaah,” McGregor tweeted.

There was once a time when we believed that Conor McGregor would bow out of the fight game altogether and focus on his whiskey business. Maybe stay off social media for a bit.

But this past year or so has proved that to be all wrong. Add this to the long list of bad looks for McGregor.
