Nightengale is known as one of the worst MLB reporters out there. When he speaks, nobody listens. Nightengale is about 2 years away from going more senile than old man Peter Gammons and that’s saying something. Actually, that’s an insult to Peter. There is no question that Bob Nightengale is the WORST. Bob is really good at getting things wrong.

Now let’s move to today. Nightengale wrote an article about how the Dodgers and Red Sox were having trade talks about Mookie Betts. Everybody with a brain knows the Sox aren’t trading Mookie this Winter for very obvious reasons. Two people are pushing this Mookie thing. Dummy Bob and John Tomase who’s an even worse liar. Bill Simmons is too dumb to figure this out. Go look at his timeline.
Today, Ellen Adair went on MLB Now and roasted Nightengale. Talk about a murder. If Adair is roasting him, imagine how many people know how big of a joke Nightengale is.
Hell of a move. Absolutely love it. Yes, Nightengale was way wrong about Rendon to the Phillies. That was never a thing. Once the Phillies signed Zack Wheeler and Didi Gregorius, Philly was closing in on the luxury tax. They were never a player for Rendon. Except for the fact that Nightengale thought they were.
Don’t feel bad for Bob either. He’s a big time scumbag.
