Was Derek Carr the “Motherf**ker” in Tom Brady “The Shop” Episode?

Dana White has just started a shitshow with the latest news he dropped during UFC 278. On Saturday, White confirmed he orchestrated a deal for Tom Brady and Gronk to go to the Raiders back in 2020, but then-head coach Jon Gruden decided he didn’t want them at the last minute and blew up the deal. That’s the first part, but when it rains it pours. Remember that episode of “The Shop” that went viral in 2021 because Tom Brady talked about his free agency experience the year prior? The one where he called a guy a “motherf**ker?” Could Derek Carr be the guy Brady is talking about?

If you don’t remember, don’t worry here is a clip from the episode:

Brady, clear as the day, said, “You’re sticking with that motherf**ker?” Remember this episode came out last year, and White just dropped this truth bomb in 2022. The stories and their respective timelines do link up. White orchestrated the deal, everything was going great until the last minute, and the Raiders backed out. Much like what Brady is saying here, who after calling an unnamed quarterback a motherf**ker, followed it up with “Are you serious?!”

However, the mystery may now be solved. This is just too much of a coincidence for the motherf**ker not to be Carr. The stories are too aligned. White isn’t talking out of his ass because Gronk confirmed the story at UFC 278, too.

Brady goes on to say, “That means you didn’t want me, and I know what that feels like. Now, I’m going to f**k you up cause of that.” If Derek Carr was the quarterback Brady was talking about, f**ked them up he did.

This whole conversation concerned his 2020 free agency experience meaning that when he signed with the Bucs that same year, he was going to f**k up the team that did that to him. Guess who the Bucs played in 2020? You guessed it, the Raiders, who he beat, 45-20. The mystery is finally solved behind the quarterback that Brady called a motherf**ker. Hooray.
