Best SimBull MLB Opening Day Value
Opening day for the MLB is right around the corner, and I got you covered with the best SimBull buys before the season officially begins.
In case you don’t know what SimBull is, you can read all about it here, but basically buy “sim” stock in a team, earn dividends when they win, and watch their stock price go up.
I have written a similar post for the best teams to buy, but that was early March before the SimBull MLB went live. These are my sim stocks to buy based on what I think is good value for this season,
SimWhiteSocks ($29.60)
The Chicago White Sox are currently priced a tad bit under $30, and this is a chance to get a good team on discount. Their pitching staff got better this off-season when they were able to trade for Lance Lynn. Between Lynn, Lucas Giolito, and Dallas Keuchel their rotation can go deep into games.
They were able to bring back Adam Eaton who won the World Series with the Nationals in 2018. Eaton is someone who gives the White Sox quality at-bats and a solid glove in the field and the team will benefit from his postseason experiences.
SimBrewers ($29.83)
The Brewers might have one of the sneakiest best outfields in all of baseball right now. They probably don’t beat out the Nationals outfield or even the Dodgers, but their outfield is solid all around.
Christian Yelich is looking to bounce back from the shortened 2020 season where he struggled at the plate. The former MVP is not going to have another down season, he is too good to fail like that in a 162 game season, and they got him some help as well.
They acquired Jackie Bradley Junior, the former Gold Glove award winner for the Boston Red Sox. Between JBJ, Yelich, and Lorenzo Cain, this outfield can cover ground and make their pitchers’ life easier.
