The Athletic Lied About The Reporting On The Teddy Blueger Trade
Do you pay for an Athletic subscription? Are you also brain-dead? The greatest con job in the history of sports media continues to get away with murder on a daily basis and you people pay so that it continues to happen. Today is the day that we provide fundamental proof that The Athletic is filled with liars and small j journalists. The Athletic completely lied about the reporting on the Teddy Blueger trade and we have receipts.
Taylor Haase of DK Pittsburgh Sports recently spoke directly with the new VGK 4th line center. I’m pretty sure this is the article that’s being referred to but I don’t know for sure given the fact that you can’t actually read the garbage publication without paying for it. This is the link in case you are dumb enough to have an account.
This is the line from Haase’s post that you need to know but feel free to read the whole column. It basically blasts everything The Athletic stands for pointing out several errors in their reporting.
I reached out to Blueger directly on Thursday, who said the report in The Athletic was “not accurate at all, actually.”
Trash product. Their entire business is built off a lie. We want to destroy the newspaper industry turned into the ultimate poo poo platter of newspapers. Disgusting small j journalism from a place that never had integrity from the jump.
As for Blueger, he’s fit in really nicely with this Vegas Golden Knights team. Blueger was healthy scratched during the early stages of the playoffs but has been great as that 4th line center anytime he’s been inserted into that role. He’s a great guy to have when playing with a lead. He’s even chimed in with two big points during five postseason games thus far.
