Player Props to Target for the 2022 NFL Season: Week 4

It’s hard to believe we’re entering Week 4 of the NFL season already. Once again, we saw multiple crazy endings during Week 3 and a lot of huge performances by several players. Last week, we went 3-2 which puts our three-week record at 7-8. It’s not the prettiest but we move on. Joe Flacco, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Travis Etienne all hit their totals last week, while Deebo Samuel and Tyreek Hill fell short. Hopefully, we can have another profitable week as I see multiple player props that I’m confident in.

Chris Olave OVER 54.5 receiving yards vs. MIN

Olave has been one of the best wide receivers in a loaded rookie class. With multiple weapons around him in Alvin Kamara, Michael Thomas, and Jarvis Landy, Olave has built a connection with quarterback Jameis Winston. Last week, we saw Olave explode for 147 receiving yards against Carolina. He has hit this player prop number twice in three weeks of the season. With the Saints offense banged up, Olave should see another big week. If Thomas doesn’t play, Olave becomes the No. 1 option for the Saints offense through the air. With Andy Dalton expected to start on Sunday, it makes me feel less confident than before. Even if that is the case, I still see Olave getting plenty of targets against the Vikings and like the number where he is at.

Travis Kelce OVER 70.5 receiving yards @ TB

Kelce has had a quiet two-week stretch for the Chiefs offense. After only going over the 71-yard mark once this year, Kelce is due for a huge game. Looking back at last week, Kelce had multiple drops that should have pushed him over that mark. Kelce should still be the go-to option for Mahomes through the air with none of the Chiefs receivers stepping up. The Chiefs are on primetime this weekend, so I predict a huge game from the superstar tight end. This prop might get bumped over the weekend, but I would still play this number up to 80 yards. This is one of the player props’ best values on the board.

Lamar Jackson OVER 285.5 passing + rushing yards vs. BUF

Through three weeks of the season, Jackson is the clear-cut MVP favorite. So far in the early season, Jackson has rushed over 100 yards twice and hit 300 yards passing once. On Sunday, Baltimore faces an explosive Buffalo Bills team coming off a loss to Miami last week. This will be one of the highest-scoring matchups of the week, and we will see Jackson face up against Josh Allen. With the number of points that will be scored, Jackson should hit this number pretty easily. Buffalo has a banged-up defense with multiple defensive backs out for the game. With Von Miller and the improved Bills pass rush, I also believe Jackson will have multiple scramble opportunities given to him throughout the game. I also expect this number to get bumped up before kickoff. This is by far one of the best values on the board, along with Kelce.

Christian McCaffrey OVER 62.5 rushing yards vs. ARI

McCaffrey has been on a tear the past two weeks hitting over 100 yards on the ground in both games. With him being the focal point of the offense, he will always see a high number of touches. So far in 2022, Arizona hasn’t been the greatest at stopping the run. Last week, Cam Akers averaged five yards per carry, while rushing for 61 total yards. The Chiefs also torched the Cardinals defense on the ground with three players averaging five yards per carry. The only thing that worries me about McCaffrey is his health. He has missed practice time throughout the week but should be good to go for game time.

Romeo Doubs 39.5 receiving yards vs. NE

The Green Bay offense this year has been a total mess. However, Doubs is on the verge of becoming Aaron Rodgers’ No. 1 receiver. Last week against Tampa Bay, Doubs led the team with eight targets and saw 89 percent of the snaps Green Bay had. With the amount of targets Doubs had last week, he managed to pull in all eight targets for 73 yards and a touchdown. I predict Rodgers will continue to try and build chemistry with the rookie wide receiver this week against New England.

Hopefully, we can profit again this weekend as I am super confident with these plays. You can tail these picks at your own risk or completely fade me. However, all of these player props have super high value and I expect a couple of them to get bumped up before kickoff. Come back next week to see the updated record and to see the picks for Week 5.
