Dirk Koetter deserves a ton of the blame for being a terrible coach and leader for the Bucs franchise quarterback. The good news is the Bucs have turned the page on the Koetter era and one man can bring them back to a level of competency.
Bruce Arians is expected to be named as the next head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This hire should be considered a home run by the Bucs and will give Winston a real opportunity that he hasn’t had thus far. Arians has been a respected coach for a long time.

Winston has never had a running game to take the pressure off. Bell is coming. He will be Arians version of David Johnson in Arizona. Bell will give Tampa a true number one back who can also make plays out of the passing game. As long as Bell comes into camp in shape, he is one of the three best backs in the sport and Arians will know how to use him.
The Bucs are going to have a complete coaching staff on both sides of the ball. Todd Bowles is going to come over as Arians’ defensive coordinator. That’s about as good of a hire as you can get.
